The 11:30p lights out confuses me. Wouldn’t a good Christian want his tenant to get sufficient (more than 6 hours) sleep? Besides, why would anyone need to be up after dark, unless they were engaging in lascivious deviant sexual behaviour?
Most of those rules sound like prison rules.
