Just got back from seeing it. I dutifully avoided any and all spoilers, as I wanted to be pure for it.
For about ten minutes (seriously) afterwards, all my mind could put together was a few movie-related thoughts. The second one has serious spoilers, so if you don’t want a major surprise in the movie ruined for you, DO NOT READ IT.
- I love Joss Whedon, and want to have his babies. Joss Whedon is god and all must worship him, becuase no mere mortal could make such a great TV show and then make such a great movie out of it. All in all, I think it was brilliant.
- I’m not joking: this is a major spoiler. Only read it if you’ve seen the movie already: THEY KILLED WASH!!! I’m not entirely certain I can go on living anymore, because THEY KILLED WASH!
- Mmm. Hot shirtless men. Mmmmmm.
Go see it, now. Excellent, excellent movie.
Yeah…sure his ass looks great in those tight pants he wears, but what’s under the pants looks just as good without 'em. Mmmm. Naked Mal.
But remember, he’s wearing a picture of Joss Whedon’s face over his privates. Just to make sure people have something to stare at.
