homeowner hogties would-be robber, calls cops and goes to work.

All part of the morning routine. Cup of coffee, breakfast, get the kids ready and hog tie a burglar. :stuck_out_tongue: One less job for hubby on the honey do list.

Glad this is something we can chuckle about. No one got hurt and the bad guy is in jail. The pics of this dude’s face all tied up are hilarious.

I bet the homeowner gets sued, and loses his home.

I guess you don’t always have to shoot the burglar. Great story.

What does “thought he was in Jenks” mean?

Jenks Oklahoma. The robber was actually in Tulsa.

I can’t directly link. But scroll through the video list (there’s 3 videos for this story) and theres one with the Tulsa police chief. He describes how disoriented this dude was. Drugs do that.

I guess the guy hadn’t wandered too far from home. Jenks is a suburb outside Tulsa.

I’ve visited Tulsa a few times. It’s a nice city. I have some close friends there.

I wonder why the homeowner is “known only as Willie.” Maybe he’s some kind of superhero, going around semi-anonymously righting wrongs?

Whoever he is, I have a new hero.

Yeah. Sheesh, kids these days, I wish they’d get off my lawn!

Why? The intruder was not left unattended.

From the same website Superman catches shoplifter

The kicker is the last line, where he is being held on a $32,079 bail. Why so specific a number?

There’s always an excuse to sue someone in Amerika. :smack:

Probably fears repercussions from all the people outraged that he didn’t shoot the guy.

Don’t know. Most bails that I’ve ever seen are round numbers. Maybe there’s some odd court cost tacked on.
