There is a truck outside our apartment building which is broken in such a way that it can’t stop honking. It’ll HOONK HOOOONKK HONK HOOOONK HOONKKK for a while, then stop for a few blessed seconds before starting up all over again. It sounds like the Hulk is playing harmonica, and can’t use more than three different notes.
Suggestions?
Update: The car won’t start, so it’s not like he can drive it anywhere else. Darn!
Is it a car alarm? I would think they could just disconnect the battery.
Pay for a tow, or call the cops? They might send someone to tow it if it’s being a nuisance. About a year ago, someone parked their beater in the garage outside my building at work. It was towed after honking weakly for hours on end.
