I bought that Weekly World News when it was on the shelves, and I am keeping it in my archives. 
You see, I knew this was a good idea. I just don’t understand why one doesn’t exist already. Obviously there is a market for such a product. We shall have to explore this further. I volunteer to be in charge of picking out the models (both human and feline)! 
Mr. S does not normally convey the image of “beefy stud man.” But one of my favorite pics of him is of him sitting on the couch in a manly deep-teal plaid flannel shirt, open just enough to show not a little bit of chest hair; his beard is looking a little darker than usual, and he’s looking intensely at the camera (me) with a bit of a come-hither look. His hair’s a bit longer than usual and a curl has fallen onto his forehead. Very studly and sexy.
And on his shoulder is our little yellow parakeet Zak.
I can totally see this calendar selling like mancakes, uh, I mean hotcakes.

I was going to post a link to that Hasselhoff photo, but WhyNot beat me to it. I remember when that was a centerfold (in Cosmo, I think). I was young and naive when I saw it, and I was a wee bit traumatized. I think I must have looked a lot like this: :eek:
ooh. Bunnies. I like bunnies. Bunnies are good too. Only problem with that calendar is that, from what I can tell from the image of the back, not all the guys are as hot as I’d like. (Yes, I’m bloody well extremely shallow when it comes to calendars. Don’t worry, I’m not that picky in my personal life. Wait, that sounds bad too…). But that’s exactly the concept I’m thinking of. Maybe we should expand the idea to kittens, puppies, rabbits, and other small furry mammals, like ferrets or hamsters. Chinchillas? Guinea pigs? The options are endless. And all combined with sexy half-naked men. Mmmm.
But don’t even think about trying it with guinea fowl.

I remember in University a lot of my friends had a picture of a buff, muscle clad man without shirt holding a fluffy kitten. The caption was “Looking for the Perfect Pet” It adorned many dorm room walls and door.
I cannot find it on Google Image search, but maybe someone with better Google-fu can find this picture.
