If you mean pancake syrup, they heat it up at Denny’s… at least the Denny’s near me. I know it’s hot because the other day I went there and had pancakes and when they came I promptly spilled almost the entire cup of syrup all over myself. Yep, hot. It’s also a good way to glue your clothes to your skin, when the syrup dries it makes a satisfying peeling sensation as you peel the clothes away.
That’s not how I would recommend testing whether the syrup is hot or not.
If this is completely not what you mean at all, even better because that would make my post funny.
