One of the more underrated Whedon hotties was Julia Lee, who played Lily/Chantarelle/Anne in the Buffyverse. Real name Lily, she was part of the vampire-worshipping cult (using the name Chantarelle) in “Lie to Me” (BtVS S2) that tried to get Spike and Drusilla to turn them into vampires. She managed to escape the slaughter, then met up with Buffy in LA in season 3 when Buffy ran away to be Anne the waitress. After Buffy saves her from a demon slave dimension, Buffy gives her her apartment and the name Anne. She resurfaces as Anne the shelter-runner who is friends with Gunn on several episodes of Angel.
She really didn’t act in much of anything outside her five-episode stint on Buffy/Angel.

Inara. Anya and Cordelia are runners up (Xander had good taste), but not in the same league.
I think Inara is the hottest woman on any tv show I’ve ever seen.
She’s cute (although Evil Willow was smokin’ hot), geeky and can turn a hell of a phrase. Works for me…
I almost went with “Other,” because of big bad Glory, but in the end, I had to stick with Darla.
I went with Inara, but would consider voting for Kendra.
Plus, there’s something about her that would let her do it on the hood of a police car. I really miss Joyce!

Interesting. It looks like even loony Drusilla is preferable to airhead Harmony. 
Can’t see how I’d ever get past the voice/personality with Cordelia, even after she grew a brain. With Kaylee and Willow, and to a lesser extent Inara, the personality’s part of the appeal.
I’m pleased to see Kaylee pulling out in front on this poll.

As for this poll, having seen the photos which come up in a quick Google Image search for each actress, IMO only the grown-up Michelle Trachtenberg and Mercedes McNab meet my criteria for beauty. BUT since I’m not fond of either of the characters they portrayed, my vote goes to Fred/Illyria/Whiskey.
