It presents itself as unbiased, but its recent promotion of Bill O’Reilly interviewing Elon Musk leads me to believe it might not be true. What’s the scoop?
I’ve always given them the side eye. They hired o’reilly and I think I read that they have fox people on the production side or something.
Here’s what I found.
To my awareness, there’s no American video-based news that’s operated and targeted to the serious, unbiased sorts.
You have to get your news in text form.
Hiring O’Reilly pretty much tells you all you need to know.
Which is probably something to do with profits rather than ideology. Are they more biased than CNN, say, or just in a different direction?
When I saw it, it was so bland, I couldn’t watch it. There’s unbiased, and there’s just plain boring.
I haven’t watched them in awhile, but in the beginning their straight news programs were light on politics and seemed more down the middle. Their commentators and talk programs skewed conservative.
