100%, although I push Dodger Dogs at Burning Man, so that’s why people can tell I’m from SoCal.
54%.
I’ve visited San Francisco…
Dude. If we are having an actual earthquake, I am not gonna be running over to my PC to check facebook! First of all, in a quake that is clearly not a tremor, the place to be is under a heavy table or in a doorway to protect your squishy body.
During the Loma Prieta earthquake, I was in a 5-story building somewhere in San Mateo taking a Lotus123 course. I went under one of the heavy metal desks. All of the people not from California ran to the windows, which in this particular building were designed to swing out away from the building rather than shatter.
The freaking floor opened up, you could see all the way down to the parking garage.
It is true, however, that the most common thing you hear people say here after a tremor is, “Did you feel that earthquake?”
I am third generation Californian, and I got 70%. I missed the fast food one and the other fast food one. Do we even have that chain in the Bay Area?
I got 60% which means the dork that put these questions together is a Complete Loser.
80%. I guess having spent 17 years in Nevada hasn’t caused irreparable damage.
And I got this question right, but I don’t go to Facebook after earthquakes; I go to the USGS site.
I got 90%. Born and raised So. Cal.

Too lazy to “drive my recyclables” any effing where.
52%, and I was born and raised in Southern California. However I have been away for many many years.
97% Yippee!
Born and raised in the LA area. Haven’t lived there since the late 90’s but still registered to vote. :-))
Having lived my entire 46 years in Sacramento, I find that I’m 90% California, only because I answered Question 8 ‘wrong’. I know what the ‘right’ answer was, but instead I answered honestly (I’d toss them in the trash).
I particularly liked question 9 “This is a taco truck…”
If you think you’re in NorCal, you’re not from Northern California.

Who are you trying to kid here?
Maybe you’ll do better on our “How NYC Are You?” quiz. Schmuck.
Now I gotta try the NYC quiz
56%. That sounds about right – I lived there for three years, about 20 years ago. I scored a bit higher than I “should” have, because I’m so comfortable with Mexican language and food, for reasons having nothing to do with my years living in California.
90%. Born and raised in Philadelphia!
I do drive through from time to time…
I got the earthquake one wrong. I assumed they meant a Northridge type earthquake.
4th generation Californian. 87% on the quiz.:dubious:
57%. New England born and breed from a family of very old New Englanders, and you couldn’t get me to live in California if the rest of the US fell into the ocean.
34% and proud of it considering my total time in California has maybe been 30 days over my lifetime and I was in an altered state for 25 of them.
Only visited California three times, all more than 20 years ago. Got 40%.
87 percent. I left in 1989.
