Is it possible to determine an age of a person if he doesn’t have any identification means?
Well, I know that forensic anthropologists take a number of measurements and examine the skeleton in order to determine how old a person was when they died, but if you mean a living person, then that might be a bit different. I would imagine that all they would do is estimate the age in the absense of hard data.
The teeth can be used to identify the round-about age of a child.

(If they are dead, just cut them in half and count the rings )

Quite right! In my physical anthro class back in college, we had to age and sex human skeletons. It’s not that easy, actually, to tell the difference between male and female skeletons, the differences aren’t that major.
For age, you have to look at the bone joints in the skull. These immobile joints fuse at specific ages. For example, look at the area of the hard palette on a skull; if this joint is fused, the person lived into their teens. Look at the joints of the various bones that make up the cranium; these joints don’t fuse 'til much later in life, like the 60s or 70s.
If you want to look younger, just do it like they do in the movies, when they have to do flashbacks.
Put on a fuller hairpiece.
Especially, one that covers your ears and neck, which get thicker with age.
Color the grey with a natural shade.
Wear younger clothes.
Hop a little when you walk.
Seem either shyer or more full of yourself when you talk.
And don’t get close in good light. Wait for the candlelight to smooch.
