How can I do this?

I want to record people playing video games on 8 different stations (this would be a direct feed using component video cables). I also want to have a camera setup either at the players face or at the player’s hands recording what they are doing. After the recording session is over I want to be able to watch the direct feed of the video game and match that with the video of the player’s hands/face.
