How can I find out if a company declared bankruptcy?

Rumor has it that one of my vendors recently declared bankruptcy. This is a small company in Texas. Is there a way I can legally verify if this is true? Asking directly is not an option.

Here are the websites of the Texas Southern District and Northern District Bankruptcy courts. If they’re incorporated in Texas, they’ll probably have had to file in one of those courts.
