Yarmouth, NS? Is that Nova Scotia? in Canada?

I guess I should provide more info.

Until this month, that was my church’s webpage, but when you go there, they have a bunch of links that seem to imply that they are church related, but really aren’t and redirect to paid sites.

I don’t want someone thinking that this is my church’s site, and that any of the links are supported by the church. I would like to ask the owner to post a disclaimer stating this, but if he refuses, is there any recourse I can take?

I know we don’t own the name anymore, but I don’t want anyone to think that we sponsor the page when we don’t anymore.

Interesting … They’ve been ‘blinded’ through an anonymous registrar … Here’s an interesting little blurb I found about the middle step in that chain:

I somehow doubt that the new owners will be concerned about siphoning your church’s reputation and established goodwill. :mad:
