How can I look older?

Tatertot,

With advice such as mine and the above, have you relented, and realized that looking as young as you do is a good thing yet?

CRIPES! don’t complain. All too soon you’ll wish you looked younger. 5 years ago I started dyeing my hair when I discovered the gray taking over and the once golden brown turning into something like muddy amber. I noticed with dismay that my smile lines had turned into fixed groves in my face and gave up the idea of growing my beard back when two days worth of stubble showed me that it had turned into salt and pepper. My 9 year old niece accused me of being ‘old’ and I began to contemplate some hair transplants when I saw that my roguish hair line had receded somewhat.

Besides, women who hold onto their youthful appearance longer are most desirable and sought after. Enjoy it. I used to date a 32 year old lady who often got carded at liquor stores and she loved it.

For the record, I think that women 35-45 are the most attractive. If I were a lesbian, I’d totally be going after the older babes…there is just something sexy about a woman with experience.

Miss Monica, I’m glad somebody else understands. I’ve got to say that you’ve got your work cut out for you. My dad has type 2 diabetes, so I’m always reading up on it, and he never, ever believes a word I say (not that I have any credentials, mind you, but I seriously doubt his dietician told him it was okay to eat an entire pint of Cherry Garcia). Good luck with your job!

I try not to, but there is such a big stigma attached to being a young mom these days. Especially if you’re not going to school full time and working three jobs. People round here think your crazy to stay at home with your child instead of going out to work and have a new car/big screen tv/vcrs in every room.

I do have a big problem with being assertive and expressing my views. I’m not at all shy, I think it’s more than I’m uncomfortable disagreeing with people. If anybody has some book suggestions for me, I’d be glad to hear them.

Zyada, my scanner is on the fritz, so I can’t link to a picture. I’m half Korean, so I have one of those Asian-anti age faces. I have very long hair that I’m thinking of whacking off. I’m a little scared to, though, because my brother has short hair and it sticks straight out into this weird afro-like halo. If only they had a “undo” button for haircuts!

Thanks again guys, I really appreciate it.
