My parents just offered me one percent if I sold their house on the Internet. I really want to help them do it because it is a big house out in the country and they want to buy something in town that is a little easier to deal with.
I just found out about this today, so it is a little new to me, although I heard that someone in our town sold two houses to someone in California. We are in Mississippi, by the way.
Now, this is something that is totally foreign to me. I’ve never even thought of owning a home, much less selling one. I thought to myself, “I’m sure someone on the SDMP knows how to do that!” So, how can I do this?
Also, they are considering buying blueprints to build the new house from the Internet. Would anyone have some tips about this too? I am excited for them, as I think that our house, although nice, is too big for my parents and that our yard is simply too big for them to take care of. anyone know where to get some good ones?
