As a quasi-athletic question this might be more appropriate for the game room, but in general I’m looking for (hopefully) successful strategies people have found for either extending the length of time they can sit in seiza. I can do about 30 minutes before my legs start tingling and 45 before they’re numb, but any longer than that and I need to sit crooked for at least 2-3 minutes before standing, to let my legs regain feeling.
I’ve seen a lot of people who can maintain an extremely strict posture for 4-6 hours, so is that just a function of doing it every day for years?
