Like Trump told us, “What did you expect? I’m a snake.” I rarely get genuinely upset by anything Trump says because I expect that kind of thing from him. You’re right, it’s not right, but after being bombarded by a constant fusillade of Trumps statements over the years it’s just hard for me to react. I’m like a dead horse getting beaten.

Sometimes a person with dementia can lose their inhibitions and may behave in ways that others find embarrassing. This can include:

- saying things that aren’t appropriate (for example, that someone is overweight)
- talking to strangers
- undressing in public
- apparent loss of sexual inhibition (for example, touching themselves inappropriately in public).
He’s already exhibited at least three out of five signs. Expect further deterioration as time goes on.
I’d expect that he’d continue to fail upwards, as he’s done throughout his life: ultimately into a special module in the international space station. Tethered to a colostomy evacuation tube but otherwise untethered. Live-feed cameras and microphones relaying back to earth the great thoughts of this, the greatest man (or, his faculties failing, he masturbates for hours while floating and bouncing off the gold leaf bulkheads ).
