No other comments on this yet? I supposed it’s been pretty argued out on the message boards already from the sound of it.
In any case, I just wanted to share my own observations about a particular individual that will remain nameless (…I see a man…with a common name…John…or Edward…maybe both…)
In one TV episode, he began his reading in a room of some 50+ people saying that he sensed a connection to someone that was “a musical conductor” (occupation I guess) which then moved to someone that “liked to conduct music” (odd hobby I would think), then as he continued to get blank stares “had conducted music at one time” (once is enough to project that from the afterlife I guess). Still with no response it began to morph into “a great love of music” and then “some connection to music”. Finally, in a room of 50 people, one finally said her deceased husband had played the cello or something and he moved in to continue the reading.
And that was what they aired.
In another reading, he was with just one couple, speaking with the husband. After about 5 minutes of vague guesses that barely had any connection to anything John was forced to say something specific to get the reading moving anywhere. It was a complete and utter miss that seemed silly and impossible after the husband gave more detail about the person. The psychic’s response? “I think this is a reading for somebody else”
Gee, think I could get my own show if I did readings for people that weren’t present too?
Boy is my face red, I guess I’ve been too spoiled by a whole week of Cecil reports. Ah, if only I had a magic MOD whistle that I could blow and have this thread whisked away to its proper place.
Yes i have seen this clown also, he is leading them. WHo is to say he is receiving accurate info from the astral anyways and who is it he is really talking to. What makes me laugh is these snake oil salesmen prey on peoples emotions hopes and fears. Perhaps he should get a real job and stop lining his pockets. We live in a day and age of science and even the origins of religion can be explained scientifically. Especially with all the world turmoil, people are searching for a security blanket to hold on to. To give them some sense of stability, a comfort zone if you will. Televangelists are also con artists, the whole healing of the sick on national tv is nothing but bravado chest pounding. Lets make a public spectacle to bring em in just like the “carnies” no offense to the carnies of course. All you have to do is look at " The Heavens Gate Group" and their suicide. The Jonestown massacre and many other unfortunate mass suicides. ITs sad when a rational thinking human being loses their faculties and sells the farm to go live a lie with these deluded individuals. Branch Dividians is another good example, what do all these groups have in common " The Jehovah Factor" makes you wonder how sick and sadistic he is. Sorry, got off topic. There is a sucker born every minute
