Yeah, those “lobbests” are tough.

I thought Bush lost when he said he wouldn’t reimport American-made drugs from Canada because they might be “from a Third World or somethin’.” :dubious:
Then again, Kerry & the whole Senate should have learned that they jumped the gun & authorized force too soon. Bush is an arrested adolescent, & when he heard “authorized force,” he thought it meant “now”! If he gets re-elected, it’ll be because most of his regional supporters think in the same way.
Kerry made a few more points than Bush, but both were very firm and clear when they spoke. It’s pretty easy to see how they could tie, keeping in mind how dumb a lot of people are (on both sides, to be sure).
