On Ani DiFranco’s live album there’s a bit where she talks
about playing at an open mic and hearing a woman who sang a song about wondering whether Anne Frank had accepted Jesus before she died.
I suppose this story is worse than Ani’s because this bozo
did it to the speaker’s face.
I suppose each of these individuals thought they were witnessing for their beliefs, and the ironic part is they were doing exactly that. When they were done everyone knew exactly what kind of people believe as they do.
