After literally decades of constant demonization of her by the Republicans, many people have come to believe she* must* be some kind of monster, and other people are emotionally invested in being “right” after all this time. They’ve built her up into a supervillain in their minds, someone who is obviously guilty of innumerable (mostly unnamed) crimes, yet somehow simultaneously immune to all prosecution.
Since she is absolutely evil in their eyes, in many cases literally a Satanic figure, naturally they think* anyone* would be better. They “know” she is one of the great monsters of history. Pointing out Trump’s incompetence and corruption doesn’t impress someone who thinks that Clinton regularly has people assassinated, or is an agent of the Devil, or a terrorist.
Trump could literally pull out a machine gun and massacre the crowd at his next speech, and he’d *still *be better than the demonic being they’ve built Clinton up into inside their own heads.
By a margin of 30 to 23 (with the balance unsure), NC Trump voters favor David Dukeover Hillary Clinton.

I would use a more recent citation if I had one, but unfortunately Pew hasn’t surveyed eastern Europe since. The most recent poll on “do you think the fall of the Soviet Union was good or bad”, from 2013, excluded Estonia.
The question the survey asked was “which do you think is a bigger threat, Russian invasion or mass immigration”. As of now, both are entirely theoretical threats. (Estonia has very few immigrants of any variety). Opinion might turn against Russia if the likelihood of Russian intervention became imminent, by the same token though opinion might turn even more strongly against Europe if Estonia started getting a lot of immigrants.
As for the Russian economy, the IMF expects the recession there to end by next year (and the recession itself has been smaller than originally expected).
