How did a squirrel wind up in my toilet?

We call 'em Bush-tailed Tree-rat…

Never had a squirrel, but I have found frogs in my toilet on a couple of occasions. Like has been pointed out, they enter through the roof vent pipe. They were still alive; I just catch them and put them outside, after failing to be able to just flush them back out. I have heard stories that rats commonly enter houses this way, but have not actually had that happen to anyone I know.

I think that’s actually a Planck Squirrel.

You know, I’m willing to bet the squirrel was asking himself the same thing.

What do you people eat?!

I once had a squirrel turn up in a closed-windowed, closed-door bathroom. I believe this thread may have solved my decade-old mystery.

He was alive and running about the room, though; I wonder if he could have survived that vertical waterslide and subsequent ascent to ‘fresh’ air?

Maybe he was trying to eat your husband’s nuts and just suffered some shitty luck.

Here is a current story that is about a dryer roof vent and a duck.
