So I am watching Season Premiere of White Collar on DVR and they show us where last season left off and I don’t recognize any of it. Something about a sub and some artwork and when the hell did all this happen? When was the previous season?
I think there were a few episodes in early winter?
At any rate, the sub had been found by another (forgot the name) con guy, pulled up and then stored in a warehouse. They saw all the great art work, and next thing you know, sub goes BOOM and supposedly, all the artwork was destroyed.
Having watched the first episode, you now know the real story of what happened to the artwork, so you are pretty much caught up to date.
Season 2 ran from mid-July through early September 2010 for the first half, and the second half was mid-January through early March of this year.
Maybe you missed the second half of season 2 and not the whole thing? What was the last thing you remember seeing?
The whole sub thing was basically all in the last episode. (I think it was kinda briefly mentioned through out the season, but it was all very mysterious).
You may have just missed the second half of season two, which ran from January to March. What’s the last thing you remember? The plane exploding? Mozzie getting shot?
I’ll be honest, I do remember Peter and Neal switching identities, so it seems that maybe the only thing I missed was the final episode of the previous season?
White Collar is a lot like Burn Notice, in that there’s little bits of the overarching plot here and there, but it really only moves forward in the season premieres/finales.
I do think they’ve got a good plot for this season, with Peter and Neal working against each other. The whole “Find Kate” and “The Secret of the Music Box” stories were boring.
That was the penultimate ep of last season. There was a marathon on Monday, unfortunately that means that the season 2 finale probably won’t be airing again for a while and USA has yanked it from the website, alas.
They didn’t rerun the crap out of them and very few of the episodes ended up on Hulu, or didn’t show up for ages. I’m not entirely sure I saw the whole season and I’m already behind on this one.
I actually thought the music box arc was one of the best parts of the show, and I think they wrapped it up way too quickly.
I don’t know what the scheduling it like on the air, but episodes appear on Hulu apparently at random intervals.
