How difficult is it to transport my Real ID status to a new state?

I moved from California to Oregon about six months ago, staying with my sister and her family until the New year (I’m in an Airbnb for January).

I’ve just been approved to move into my own apartment beginning next week, and with a new permanent address, it’s time for me to get my official Oregon documentation ducks in a row. I obtained a REAL ID endorsement on my California driver’s license a few years back, and I’m wondering if it will be automatically applied to my new Oregon license. Or will I need to jump through the same hoops all over again?

TIA for informed responses.

All states became Real ID compliant back in 2020.

According to this Moving to another state requires applying again for Real ID – Orange County Register (ocregister.com)
and this Oregon Department of Transportation : Real ID Information : Oregon Driver & Motor Vehicle Services : State of Oregon
You have to reapply in person at an Oregon DMV.

The good news is that Oregon’s REAL ID requirements aren’t nearly as difficult as some other states’.
