How do i block pop-ups on Safari?

I’m using Safari on a Mac book. I’ve suddenly started getting pop-ups. Any suggestions on how I can make them stop?

Pull down the “Safari” menu and click block pop up windows

Click on Safari, click on Preferences, Click the Security tab, and then click Block pop-up windows. :smiley:
