To remove Gorilla Super Glue from the surface of your project, soak bonded area with warm soapy water or acetone. Keep in mind that acetone can mar the surface material or discolor fabric.
Gorilla Super glue is a cyanoacrylate adhesive, while Gorilla Glue is a polyurethane adhesive.
Anyway, same solution… either rub it off eg finger nails or plastic cutlery are the suitably tough, sharp , but not too hard or tough item…
or dissolve it with a nitrile solvent, like acetone. ( I saw a commercial super glue remover labelled as merely nitrile. It was probably pure acetone… )
thelurkinghorror’s question is critical. The answer to your OP varies, depending on the substrate, between “it will come off with a bit of rubbing” through to “you are screwed”.
Old credit cards or unwanted AARP and similar membership plastic cards you get in the mail make good scrapers for this use on most surfaces as they are hard enough to chip and (very slowly) abrade off the glue but will not damage or scratch the counter surface. It does take some work.
Even if you have a tile or stone surface, the acetone (damn handy stuff) may damage the sealant, which may discolor. Apply to small, hidden…
A plastic card will do you no good - a stainless razor might.
Sandpaper is ugly
In CA, it is now almost impossible to buy industrial solvents - Home Depot has come up with a one-size-fits-all CA-legal solvent which actually does do a decent job on the small bits I’ve tried.

use acetone or products containing it, just about any solvent besides water actually, because it might harm other plastics. so watches, eyeglasses, phones lots of things we have constantly are at risk. even some on your finger could leave a finger print image permanently on it.
If you can’t get acetone at Home Depot or other hardware store, just go to a Walmart/Target/Meijer’s or any drugstore chain. Find the nail care section (generally in cosmetics and close to hair and/or bath crap) and locate nail polish removers. Along with the non-acetone removers and the regular (watered down) acetone-based removers, you should find 100% ACETONE remover. Every place I’ve been to has it as a store brand (Up and Up for Target, Studio M for Meijer’s, Rite Aid/CVS/Walgreens, etc).
