How do I get Facebook to prove that I violated community standards?

My account was disabled. The page says that it was because I violated community standards.

I point out (note: not claim, not assert, not think, not feel; this is an objective fact, and not subject to debate), that they are morally, ethically, and in all ways obligated to prove that I have done so.

So can anyone find their phone number for me? AND tell me what it is? I sense that my demand for proof will be best served when I speak the words “Prove it” to a living person (preferably Mark Zuckerberg).

TIA

Are they actually?

Yes, they are. 'Nuff said.

Show evidence that they “are morally, ethically, and in all ways obligated to prove” anything.

Otherwise, you are just claiming and asserting that.

Facebook’s Community Standards do not actually comply with legal requirements for legal certainty:

NB In the European Union, anyway.

Why? Doing so would not answer my factual question, to wit: How can I make telephonic contact with a live human at Facebook?

Mine was disabled 5 months ago for almost the same thing. Only in my case it was “your FB suffered a security breach”.
Only these “breaches” came three times and EACH time I had just made a status criticizing a certain president. It was too coincidental, I felt, … and also each time, it was harder and harder to get my account back from this. First time they wanted me to just verify my email. Okay, done, account given back.
Second time, now I must use a WEBCAM to show a live version of my face. Okay, did it… got my account back.
Third time, this last time, they wanted the same thing. Live version of face. Only THIS time…it didn’t work. They said try again (in email). Didn’t work again. They said try again. It failed at least ten more times. I saw where this was going.

I don’t believe there was really any security breach, but it’s ingenious because, how can anyone prove them wrong? There is no way, so I simply had to remake a Facebook and readd everyone. Sucks in a huge way but…the only other alternative is living without a FB for me.

YMMV in all of this of course, I wish you luck in getting it back.

As far as I can tell, you can’t contact a live person. There is no way. It’s set up specifically to be impossible which allows them to do this.
I’ve tried for over a decade to find a number that reaches a live person. None ever do

Morally and ethically are difficult claims to prove, but does “in all ways” include LEGALLY? Because that’s the one that actually matters in terms of getting FB to do what you want.

If so, what law says so?

I hear you, brother. I suspect, but have no evidence to cite, that it was due, at least in part, to my repeatedly referring to the 45th/47th POTUS as the America-hating fuckstick. If they would just confirm that this is so, and cite where in their published community standards users agree to not refer to an America-hating fuckstick as the America hating fuckstick, I’ll call it a fair cop and move on.

ETA: Maybe it’s because I was too vague.

Facebook’s business model is to use automation instead of hiring moderators. While not a factual statement, I’d personally agree that this is a horrible thing with bad consequences for the general public.

That said, I do suspect that a lot of the cases that lead to automated account blocks are created by other posters who have intentionally or unintentionally weaponized this aspect of Facebook.

They don’t have to, because you do not have the rights you claim to have.

No they don’t. They really can do almost whatever the hell they want and there’s fuck all you can do about it. I’ve a couple of times had notes that my posts have been removed, and for the love of God I was never able to figure out what I had written that could even be construed as offensive, as I am about as unupsetting a poster as you can get, and I never was able to find out. Didn’t get my paged banned or anything, but I don’t really care. I don’t have any “right” to Facebook, and if it they didn’t want me for whatever capricious reason, oh well.

Well, I’ll confess, I didn’t specifically SAY “legally,” precisely because I don’t have any case law to cite. The all other ways clause was there because I’d already kinda committed to a list, and I thought that putting “Hi Opal” as the third item might make me look unserious.

ETA: Any way we could get back on the Facebook’s phone number track? I promise it’s not a homework assignment.

Where, in writing, do they say that? What specific laws do thy break if they don’t do that?

I don’t think there is.

I believe this is by design.

The “Get Human” website also lists that number 650-543-4800, which should get you a recorded message.

TYVM for the on-topic response.

This is a form of “double speak”, a term I vaguely remember from the famous book, “1984”. What it REALLY means is that you have posted something they consider divisive and polarizing, something that could affect the financial health of Facebook. Thus, they have tried, convicted, and punished you, and there is no human you can talk to because, in their eyes, the matter is closed.

If they have the idea that anything I could post could possibly be more deleterious to FB’s financial health than the fact of the America-hating fuckstick’s occupation of the Oval Office, then when I win the lottery, I will be instructing my financial guru to keep FAR away from Meta.

In fact the Gethuman website says, “You cannot speak to a real human being at this phone number. Their main number is just a corporate directory. But you can get help through Facebook’s Help Center. In some circumstances, a live customer service representative may offer to contact you through Facebook Messenger.”
