How do I get MS Word to automatically page break on Table cells?

I have a table with a cell with a lot of data. The problem is that the cell page- breaks the whole thing when it won’t fit into the current page!

How do I tell word not to page break the whole thing but to page break normally, without leaving all that empty space?

Place the cursor in the table you want to alter.
In the Table drop down menu select Table Properties.
The on the Row tab check the option for Allow Row to Break Across Page.

If I understand what you want that should do it.
