…all the tracks of a song in sequence?
I have a book on it, but with the damn Rx drugs I’m taking, reading is particularly laborious.
My son says bring up the albumn and tap on it. I did this with Sing Sing Sing, and nothing played.

When you bring up the album in Cover Flow (where you select the album cover) tapping on the cover flips the cover over to the track listing. Tap on a track to start it playing, it should play in sequence after that.
Sadly, if I tap on track one, all that it gets me is track one.
Maybe there’s something wrong with my iPod
It may be an issue with how your album was imported into or set up in your itunes library. You may not have the entire album set up on your ipod either. Are you syncing the ipod or do you drag your songs on to the ipod (manually managing music)?
Oops, re-reading, do you mean the other tracks show up and the ipod just doesn’t jump to them following the end of the first track? I think I misread that.
Have you checked to make sure you haven’t accidentally set your iPod on repeat?
If you’re having trouble reading, it may be that you haven’t noticed the tiny little “1” inside the tiny little circle in the loop icon at the upper left part of the screen when the song’s playing. I’ve inadvertantly touched the loop icon on occasion and caused songs to start repeating when I didn’t intend for them to.
A great point.
Something I didn’t mention earlier ('cause it doesn’t sound like your using shuffle mode) is that there is a skip when shuffling option you can set for each song. This would cause the same problem but only if you have your playlist set to shuffle.
