I’ve right clicked and checked everything I can see on the Chrome screen, and can’t find anything that allows me to remove a link that I no longer use. What am I missing?

When you say link, what do you mean? Are you talking about the Most Visited website icons when you open a New Tab? If so, place your cursor in the upper right corner and an X will appear that you can click to remove it from the page.
Okay, that was entirely too simple. Are you sure I don’t need to chant or something? :smack:
Couldn’t hurt.
Since they’re the “most visited website icons”, there’s an even simpler solution - if you no longer visit it, it will eventually take care of itself. Of course, if it really annoys you, it’s nice to note how to remove it.
Actually, if you want, there are several extensions to customize the new tab page in a variety of ways, and a way to get back the previous versions’s new tab page if you don’t like the current one:
That’s pretty cool. My only complaint with the new Chrome home page is that they decided that the word GOOGLE was not nearly large enough, so they made it big enough to where I have to scroll down to get to the icons.
