That’d be the Internet Adult Film Database, which would be found at iafd.com (link broken due to nudity in banner ads, NSFW). Considering how many thousands of women work in the industry, I hope you have some way to narrow it down.
The “Who’s That?” forum at Cheggit.net is very effective. If the video features a girl from Europe, eurobabeindex.com has a massive photographic index (over 50 girls with names beginning with the letter Z).
If the above sites don’t help, the porn site I frequent, tiava dot com (or maybe it’s dot net - I guess I don’t frequent it enough 
) has a section dedicated to IDing girls.
Why don’t you link us a still shot?
I’ve claimed to have a near perfect pornographic memory, albeit limited to Barely Legal. Toss up a still shot and see if we can figure it out.
