How do I import .mp4 to Adobe Premiere?

I’m trying to import .mp4 files into Adobe Premiere 6.5, but I can’t figure out a way to do it. Does anyone know how?

According to this it looks like you need Quicktime 6 to import MP4 files to Adobe Premier. Not sure if you need the Quicktime version that costs money or if the free one will do.

You might want to use itunes to burn the file in cd format. Use a mp3 program to convert the the cd format song to a more widely compatable format.
