How do I search for lists on Twitter? None of what I've Googled works

For the life of me I can’t figure how to search for lists made by others on Twitter. This fucking app is so unintuitive. I know I’ve done it before, because I have lists saved from others, but I can find no way to search for them now. Every method I see in Google searches doesn’t match up with the current reality.

Also, is it possible to just follow a hashtag? Put all of a given hashtag in my feed? I can’t believe I can’t figure out how to do this shit. Thanks in advance for help.

Well, what the heck, they’ve disappeared it. It used to be on the left under triple dots.

Now, when I look for it, it comes up with this inane advice:

In your Home timeline on the Twitter for iOS and Android apps, you might see a prompt to Discover new Lists .

Might I? Do I have to wait for a prompt?

I’m glad I haven’t gone completely nuts. Damn I wish there was a good alternative to Twitter that was more user friendly (and well-populated).

On desktop Twitter the List option is still there, but just to manage existing lists or see which ones I’m on.

And, on both desktop and mobile, I can look at someone’s profile and see what their created Lists are, and what lists they’re…that might be one way to find lists in an interest area.
