I know; right now the answer is, “You don’t”, because the NFL is in its offseason.
But when the games are actually being played, how do I watch them on my computer at a reasonable price? Can I buy an NFL Sunday Ticket thing through a provider for just one or two teams?
The only way to get access to every game (or even every game for one team) is to get Sunday Ticket, which is only available from DirecTV. It does also look like you can get it through an app, if you don’t actually have DirecTV.
And, I don’t believe that, at least in the past, they allowed you to only subscribe to a single team’s games – you have to buy the whole package, with all the games.
Up until November 9, 2022, you can have someone you know in the Indianapolis market hook up a Slingbox to their TV, and you can watch the games on your phone or computer. But after that, Sling is shutting down.
NFL Game Pass, $10 a month, cancel anytime, every game from the past dozen years or so. All the Superbowls. Also every game during the season.
I signed up last season to watch Sam Darnold and the Panthers after the first few weeks when they were looking good. (They had just played I think both the Jets and Giants; my local high school team would have also looked good with those opponents.)
So I signed up, watched the Panthers game the following week and they stunk on ice. Canceled right after the game, still within my free one week trial, no harm no foul.
