How do TV guides on TV show times around DST changes?

This question popped into mind too late for me to check it myself.

When TV guides broadcast on TV show times (this can be for cable systems, DVRs, whatever) show times for programs that come on around the DST switch, how are said times displayed?

For example, suppose the system displays show A as coming on at 1:30 am and lasting until 2 am on the day of the DST switch. Show B comes on right after. Does the system display show B as coming on at 2 am or 1 am?

It depends on the software. Some of them correctly show a second 1am following the first one. My PVR has no real conception of DST and displays future times after the clock change incorrectly. It does correctly adjust the clock at 2am, though. This means you have to be careful if you want to record a programme that occurs in the hour after clocks go back. Before the clock change, there’s no way to set an advance timer that starts at say 1:15am after the clock change.

Mine went 1:00, 1:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00,…

My DVR’s guide last night showed back-to-back shows starting at 1:00am.

Videotron’s on-screen guide did the same thing; 1, 1:30, 1, 1:30, 2. I seem to recall that Cogeco Cable in Hamilton Ontario did the same thing.

Now for the real question. How do TV guides in Indiana handle the DST switch?
