Photoshop will do that for you. A *.psd is a Photoshop file, and I’m not sure there’s any other converter out there that will do it other than Photoshop.
How big is the file, and what is it of? I have PS, and might be able to help. E-mail me if you want. . .

Quite a few graphics programs convert file formats. I like a nice little freebie called Irfanview, from http://www.irfanview.com/. It’s supposed to load .psd (Photoshop) files, although my copy froze when i downloaded an image and tried it - maybe just because my PC is a little flaky today, or maybe the image was broken.
If it works, just open the image and do a File/Save As.
