I think this question is half on the border of serious and a joke. In seriousness, as long as you don’t finish, I’ve used this method to keep me going through probably the last hour or so of my journey (NB if journey lasts longer than 4 hours, consult your doctor). A stick on the highway is largely like an automatic, so it’s not really a problem. Even if it were, I can drive stick and eat and drink, so I assume it’s a similar process. Also

since it’s not really all that exciting sexually, and you’re not (if you’re doing it right) going at it all that hard, you shouldn’t really get stimulated enough to start dripping, so no “slippage of clutch” involved
On the other side of the answer to your question, the double shifting I’m doing often has me grinding gears and slipping my clutch. In extreme situations, the weather suddenly turns bad and the windshield gets covered in what I can only assume is snow. Maybe it’s a fertility ritual that somehow accidentally summons weather gods instead…
I usually think about the plots of my writings, especially working on conversations between the characters. Sometimes I even speak them aloud to get them right.
When I used to have a longer drive I’d read at stoplights. Now I’m so close to work that all I can do is drive and I’m there. Traffic being bad during the week, on Thursdays and Fridays I’ve taken to walking to work, and I read a paperback the entire walk. Walking takes maybe an extra 5 minutes. More time to read!
