I don’t know about nationwide, but here in Arkansas, 300 dollars for a Yorkshire terrier is not uncommon. When our Silky Terrier bitch had puppies, we were able to sell them for 200 and 250 for no problem.
I don’t know if they’re the most expensive, but English Bulldogs of good quality seem to go for about $1200. I lot more for show quality, a little less for pet quality
Apparently because the litters and small, and most deliveries have to be done by C-section because of the large heads.

I know nothing about that site, and seriously recommend that you find a local breeder or participate in rescue.
Oh, God. Never mind. 300 dollars is too much for a dog for me, let alone 1200.
I don’t know how expensive they are, but since rarity usually causes expense this may interest you. I just read it in the paper today.
