See query. (Wiki Trophy, Wiki Iron Fist). The former’s by Rafael and IAI, the latter by IMI.
The US Army just announced a purchase of Trophy, and in Israel they’re talking about a “combination” of the two weapon systems—hence query.

Important addition to OP: throw Raytheon "Quick Kill” into the mix…
The main difference I’m familiar with is that Trophy’s countermeasure is basically a shotgun blast aimed in the general vicinity of the incoming munition, whereas Iron Fist is an anti-missile missile (with small blast warhead and zero-fragmentation casing). The latter makes Iron Fist hypothetically safer for accompanying infantry.
ETA: Quick Kill is a US development that appears functionally equivalent to Iron Fist.
The Trophy is basically an Israeli version of the USSR’s Drozd from the late 70’s.. The Red Army abandoned it as impractial, although their Naval Infantry (their version of Marines) used them. It uses a RADAR. and has a limited field of view (about 60-90 deg), nesseciting multiple systems on the same tank. While Iron Fist is like the Russian Arena a higher protection zone and also used passive sensors instead of active ones (RADAR is susceptible to counter measures).
