Palacscinta are Hungaran crepes, filled with delectable apricot preserves, and topped with whipped cream. they are delicious…but my favorite Hungarian restaurant closed down (sigh!).
Does anybody know how to make them? And, where do you buy the hungarian-style apricot preserves?

I’ve never had these, but they sound yummy. Would a normal crepe recipe work? I have one I could post if that sounds like what you need.
