So, for anyone who cares, god I hope that isn’t many people, I saw Brett for the first time tonight since the OP. We didn’t mention what transpired but we give one another a knowing look. He bought me a shot and later on, I bought him one, too. We hung out for about 3 hours and all was good. So, that’s it, boring end to a mostly boring story. I’m glad we’re able to keep hanging. He works in film production, and has been on-set for a production in SC for the last little bit. We had a good chat tonight, and we’re back to usual.
You coulda punched up that update a little
Back to usual? So – who punched first last night?
So you had your chance to cold cock him and put an end to this, but instead you decided to stay his bitch so you could spend the rest of your life whining about the time you were left in a sniveling heap on the floor. Really man, get a grip on yourself (no not that kind of grip), stand up like a man and go start a pointless fight with a smaller guy and maybe your balls will finally descend.
Or whatever, because I don’t really remember how this thread started and I’m not going back to read it all again, but I do remember that if I do something stupid and get taken down for it I’m not going to post about it here.
This is out of line for this forum. Don’t do it again.
You should avoid him.
Cool.
My cousin is the obnoxious type who likes to do this. I made it very, very clear that he has to ask me, and that he can no longer pretend that his real punches are just playful taps.
He’s also the type that got into a local “fight club,” which I think is more of an MMA-type event. Actually seemed to be good for him, oddly enough.
I’m glad the lesson seems to have been learned.
I assume your cousin is an adult.
I’m curious. Does he punch you in your arm? Does he use his knuckles, the front of his fist, or the back of his fist? He did this to you while growing up, right? I’m just wondering what this sort of behavior looks like, as practiced by adults.
I suppose the answer is, like always, “as hard as you think you can get away with”.
