An SJW:
-Endorses intersectional feminism
-Believes in manspreading and mansplaining as facets of ‘toxic masculinity’
-Toxic masculinity is defined as traditional masculinity (even when excluding the sexually aggressive aspects of masculinity in the past). To be a new male, you must be gentle, awkward, goofy, not displaying any “alpha” characteristics. To be alpha is to be toxic.
-Believes in white privilege
-Detests capitalism in all forms and believes Socialism is the answer
-Detests Christianity, but excuses Islam
-Makes excuses for Radical Islam, but condemns Radical Christianity
-Believes that you are “transphobic” if you do not accept that there are more than two genders
-That white men are the bane of human civilization; as Coates put it, “whiteness is apocalyptic”; as Salon put it, “White men must be stopped”
-SJWs believe every act of paying homage to another culture is evil “cultural appropriation”
-SJWs glorify certain demographics, while villifying others
-SJWs believe in policing the language of others
-SJWs believe in reducing people to one or two aspects of their identity. IE Bob is a man who happens to be gay. In SJWland, Bob is a gay man. One’s identity - be it racial, gender, or sexual - is one’s defining trait in Social Justice. Identity is key above all things.
-Believe that Western Civilization is fundamentally wicked, while excusing negative aspects of other civilizations.
-Believe in reparations for slavery
SJWs are not a bloc or a monolith; they are not an organized group. But these are generally speaking the ideas and ideology which “SJWS” as a generic label believe in; But the individual may subscribe to all, or most, or only a majority of, these beliefs.

Another defining characteristic of SJWs is that they resort to insults when people point out what they are, with ‘snowflake’* and ‘Nazi’ being key favorites.

People hang out with me. I just refuse to hang out with SJWs. If you believe in Western civilization, don’t hate white people, don’t make apologies for Islamic Terrorism, and don’t feel ‘problematic’ content should be censored, we get along fine.
There is no such thing as an SJW. It’s just a pejorative. And the people who are called SJWs do not advocate for censorship.
The whole concept just exists so that a certain segment of the population can pretend that there is some boogeyman out to get them, rather than take stock of their beliefs and question them. They can’t be wrong. It must be these other people who are evil and trying to destroy anything.
The worst problem there actually is on the left is slacktivism–people who don’t actually do anything to try and help. And, no, this doesn’t include people who are actually trying to spread ideas. That’s a good thing. It’s people who just get upset but then do nothing that are the problem on the left.
If you want to call those people SJWs, fine. But they clearly aren’t going to be able to harm you in any way. Because they don’t actually DO anything but scream at people online.
