Click on your avatar on the upper right. Click on your username. There is an option at the bottom for “Log Out”
An even quicker keyboard short-cut: Type ZZ (capital Z capital Z).

Ah, but I did type ZZ in my first post above, and again in this one. Sometimes, ZZ is just ZZ and ZZTop is just ZZTop. But you can still type ZZ to log off.
