I think I might need step-by-step instructions.
Click Build Poll.
Select whether users can choose 1 answer or multiple answers.
Type the question into the text box.
Use the Add Option button to make the first possible answer.
Repeat for all possible answers.
Click Insert Poll when you’re done.
Poll must start on its own line.
After the poll is inserted, it will be clear how to add/remove/rearrange/edit the response items.
Where is “build poll?”
It might depend on your OS, but click Reply, choose the gear icon in the toolbar, then choose Build Poll.
