How long for garlic to leave your system?

A thought: If you fed a meat animal a bunch of garlic shortly before slaughter, would you get pre-seasoned meat?

I’ve been led to understand this does work for snails (or, at least with other herbs, if not garlic).

I don’t know, but cow’s milk from a cow that has eaten field garlic tastes like garlic.
