Why do you ask?
I’m also a girl, 5’4", and my hand is also 6 1/2", finger 2 7/8". But I have to wear size large gloves…and I think my current ring size is a 10…it was 7.5 when I last bought a ring that cost more than $3. And I’ve always thought my hands were huge. Perception is a weird thing…they’re not huge, and they don’t even look pudgy anymore…

I think the second measurement is highly dependent on how flexible your hand is and the placement/length of your thumb. I can span 9’’.
In any case, my ‘male’ measurement is nearly an inch shorter than my hand length so it is not too accurate for me.
