How long to leave up a defunct campaign bumpersticker?

Somewhere out there, there is a presidental campaign button from one of FDR’s* opponents that read: No man is good three times.
If I could get my hands on that, I’d be pretty freakin’ happy.

*I saw it in one of those Presidental memoriabilia collection thingies years ago. Haven’t seen it since.

/Vote Quimby.

There’s a sticker on one of the maintenance dept.'s toolboxes at work that says something like “NRA: Let 1980 be the year!” Not sure what was going on there, or if the culprit is even still around to ask.

Still see Wellstone and John Kerry stickers quite frequently. I think my husband’s grandmother still has a “Bush/Cheney” sticker on her car from the 2000 campaign…maybe she hasn’t noticed because I don’t think she drives anymore.

My mother still has her “Mondale/Ferraro” bumper sticker. I insist on taking my car if we go anywhere

My buddy’s parents have a Coolidge campaign sticker stuck to an interior wall of their garage. I love it.

Maybe he’s trying to suggest something about the duality of man.

I see quite a few Kerry/Edwards stickers all about my area, and I’ve also seen a Bush/Cheney sticker on a streetpost.
