How long will a frittata last in the fridge?

Just started reading about frittatas and they seem like a great option for a low-carb breakfast. My plan would be make one every 3-4 days and refrigerate. Would they last that long in the fridge? Thanks for all replies

I have made many a cheese & veggie quiche and kept the leftovers in the fridge for 3 or 4 days with no problems at all; Put some cling wrap over the top to keep it fresh, then heat up an individual slice when needed.

(Maybe if the ingredients included meat or seafood it might be a different story, but I wouldn’t think so, although I am not sure…)

I am not in any way an authority, but I’d be comfortable eating portions I had wrapped separately through the 4th day after I’d made it.

Absolutely. I routinely make casseroles for myself and they last until I’m done eating them.

I notice you didn’t say until the casserole is gone.

Thanks! I think I’ll be splitting this up into 5, and freezing 2.
