Self explanatory question, really. If I pour myself a glass of scotch, and don’t finish it, what happens to it if it sits out overnight? Does it react with air?
No, but alcohol evaporates faster than water. If it’s a small amount of booze in a big glass, you’ll have whiskey flavored water by morning.
