How many discount plastic thingies are on your keyring? Which ones?

No, I’ve never heard of them.

Library card, CVS, 5 food stores, Books-a-Million, B&N, 2 school pictures of my kids in the exact same format, Blockbuster, Office Depot, Staples, and a metal hunk from my bank with a secret code which is supposed to bring this all back to me.

I do love my loss leaders.

CVS, PetSmart, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Borders, and Wilson’s Nursery.

Ya got yer drugs and yer pet food and yer people food and yer books and yer plants. I think that’s all I need out of life.

I only have one on my keyring, for the drugstore I work at. I used to have another drugstore one, a supermarket, and 2 movie stores, but they all disappeared and now I just use the large cards.

Just one. For QFC.

Borders, CVS, and Shaws. I have the tag for the video store on there too, but it’s not for discounts.

Borders, Albertsons, and PETCO.

Well crap, I didn’t know that. I guess I should take that one off my keychain, too… when I get around to it.
LilShieste

None. I carry a couple of grocery store cards in my wallet.

My keyring holds nothing but keys, and gets tangled up enough with them.

Hastings, library, Brookshires, Kroger, Borders (x2!?), Books-A-Million, Albertsons, and Petco (there aren’t even some of these things within a 30-mile radius, I just like collecting them). On a happier note, I only have 4 keys! (house, ignition, trunk keys, and then a forklift key for work, that I haven’t even used in 6 months. ) And a car clicker, but that’s neither a key nor a discount tag.

I have three. One is for kroger’s and the other discount one is for speedway.

Basically, the Kroger’s one gets you the little discounts on stuff, and there are 3 grocery stores in town - one that is priced much higher than Krogers, one that is kind of a Save-A-Lot type place (low prices but obscure foods, no good meats - not a knock at SAL, just at my local place) and Kroger. I choose Kroger easily, it’s the only 24 hour one except the new Walmart that is in the next little town.

The Speedway one was my father’s doing. He drives about an hour each way to work (well, he did, but he retired). There was a speedway at home and one on the block he worked at. I usually go to the one outside of town here and the one near his house, so we got the little points thing. Between us, we’ve earned so many damn cups of coffee that it is ridiculous. That’s about it for discount things.

I do have a little one for the local movie rental place. A good friend of mine works there, and I am in there a lot getting games and movies, so it’s easier than carrying a big card.

Oh, and 4 keys, as well. (House, Car, Parent’s House, Spouse’s Car)

Brendon Small

One and a half. Martin’s and Wegmans. (The Wegmans one is half broken. I can’t seem to care enough to change it or remove it.)

I have the War Amps free key return thing.

I missed this the first time around…
Spend $150 over the course of a year, get $5 Borders bucks. You have a month to use them. Your balance rolls over into the next year, so you can take 4 years to earn that $5 if you want. And there’s no limit.
The $5 is only erased if you don’t use it. It’s free, why wouldn’t you? Barnes & Noble charges an annual fee for their ‘rewards program’.

IIRC two- Krogers & CVS, I think I finally took off the defunct OnCue/SamGoodys one sob
